Teachers:

Qualifications for this position include:          
•        1-2 years of experience teaching children ages 6 mos to 5 yrs.
•           Experience teaching the Montessori Method a plus.
•        BA or AA in Early Childhood Education course work preferred
•        Warm & positive personality with the desire to nurture children.
•        Good leadership skills and the ability to work with other teachers
•        Evidence of current First Aid and CPR certifications, TB test,
      and criminal background check required before starting to work
      with children.

The school is open Monday through Friday mornings from 6:30am to 6:
30pm. The teacher may also teach an Extended Day program, which
provides a pre-K curriculum for the 4 to 5 year old children.  

The teacher responsible for delivering the Young Explorers' curriculum
to our children in a fun and nurturing manner.  Must have positive &
constructive dialogues with their children and parents in a manner the
best exemplifies the Young Explorers' Way. We provide training and
professional development throughout the year.
